SEKOLAH MENENGAH KEBANGSAAN SERI PERAK

STPM CGPA 3.17	I have taken one and half year for this history course in Form 6 at SMK Seri Perak. I have took four subjects only, which is Pengajian Am, Bahasa Melayu, History and Visual Arts. In this school, they provide 2 classes for Form 6 students. The elective subject subject provided in this school are Pengajian Perniagaan, Economy, Geography and History.
Band 3	I have been succeeded to get band 3 in MUET (Malaysian University English Test). I have taken this test on October 2016. I have scored 153/300. Alhamdulillah, I have achieved band 3 and it helps me to further my study in universities that I want to apply.
SPM 1A- 4B+ 2C 1D 1E	I have seated for SPM examination in 2014 for about one month. I have taken this examination in the class at my school. I have taken nine subjects which are Bahasa Melayu, Bahasa Inggeris, Pendidikan Islam, Sejarah, Mathematics, Additional Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics. I have got the results in March.
PMR 2A 5B 1C	I have seated for PMR examination in 2012. I also have been taken this examination in the class at my school. I have taken eight subjects which are Bahasa Melayu, Bahasa Inggeris, Mathematics, Science, Sejarah, Geografi, KHB Ekonomi Rumah Tangga and Pendidikan Islam. I have got the results at the end of the year.

How I Plan to be a Record's Management Student

Assalamualaikum. In this post I will share with you guys how and why I manage to be as a record management student in UiTM Puncak Perdana. First of all, I've been chosen in this course in year of 2017. At first, I was quite shocked because I do not expect at all that I have been selected for this course. I do believe in fate from God and I always be grateful for what I have achieved. To be a record management student is very wonderful. This is because, we have learn to be a professional student on how to manage and handle the all records. Even though, people out there is not familiar and as much as I can say they do not know what is Record Management is actually. In this course, we have learn a lot of subject that related to record management. So yeah, I still survived in my Semester 5 😊 Alhamdulillah. Besides that, I really sure that one day student of Record Management is part of the most important people out there.

Advantages & Disadvantages of Electronic Record System

This essay will address the benefits and challenges of implementing Electronic Record Systems. It will look at applications of these systems in different care settings located in different environments so as to provide a broader view of some of the issues. The roles of the various stakeholders as well as the benefits and challenges they derive from electronic health records will be outlined and a detailed evaluation of paper records and electronic records will be done. Conclusions will then be made based on this analysis.
