Planning Archive

This content of this post is about one of my record subject for semester 3. IMR 505 which is Planing Archival. In this subject, we need to find a suitable location like far from factory, far from water sources and make sure the place is suitable to build an archival institution. So, let's get check it out !


Image 1: A detail floor plan of our Archive

Based on image 1, you can see there have four areas in the floor plan such as storage area, staff area, public area and processing area. Each area have their own importance in the archive.

Image 2: This is an example of storage area 

In this image, you can see there are several storage for the archival materials. For example in this storage area there have divided to 8 storage which are magnetic, photographic (color), photographic (Black&White), paper based 1, paper based 2, microfilm, microfiche and electronic room.


Do you know? 
" In archival institution, the material is stored separately based on the types of records. This is because, the materials of each records have their own suitable temperature to make the records is long last preservation"

KOSLI (Oral History)

December 2, 2019 The day is coming! A day of presenting our group assignment in front of panels. KOSLI is one of event for record's subject which is IMR 604 Oral Documentation. The assignment requirement for this subject is to form a group of two. Besides that, this semester topic is about sport. We need to find and interview the figure which is person who involve in sport field such as athlete, coach, the president of the sport organization. Next, the figure must have minimum 10years experience in the sport field. Other than that, the figure age also must reach 40 years and above.
