 Training in archive at UiTM Shah Alam. This is one of record subject for semester 5 which is IMR 605 Arrangement and Description of The Records.During the training, our lecturer which is Sir Kamarul Azwan Azman (Sir KAA) have give us task which is to do the description and listing the records in the archive. This training opportunity is very valuable to us because from this training, we can learn and gain more knowledge about on how to describe the records and arrange the records properly according to the references number.

Advantages & Disadvantages of Electronic Record System

This essay will address the benefits and challenges of implementing Electronic Record Systems. It will look at applications of these systems in different care settings located in different environments so as to provide a broader view of some of the issues. The roles of the various stakeholders as well as the benefits and challenges they derive from electronic health records will be outlined and a detailed evaluation of paper records and electronic records will be done.
